Pursuant to the terms of the Donor Advised Fund established at the Jewish Community Foundation Inc., I hereby recommend that grants be made to the following 501(c)(3) organizations and/or agencies in the amounts indicated. Recommendations received by the 20th of each month are distributed the first week of the following month.

In order to facilitate the grant distribution process, please provide us with the following information:

The above do not represent payment of any pledge or other financial obligation. No benefit or privilege is to be provided to any person or entity in return for this distribution. Furthermore, I understand that the Jewish Community Foundation Board of Directors has full discretion as to the recipients of distributions from this Donor Advised Fund.
